Puberty help?

I've just turn 14 and I'm a female. I recently (this morning) noticed some purple strech marks on my buttocks. Yesterday, I got a cluster of spots on my forehead (I'm not usually a particularly spotty person) and its not near my time of the month (which started a year and a half ago) could this mean that my breasts will finally grow a little larger? They are very small right now and haven't really grown since I was 12. And insight and personal experience would help.

    No stretch marks in your butt & pimples don't mean your breasts will grow. They will or won't when they're ready.

    Most females get stretch marks. I get them on my stomach. I wouldn't worry about it.
