Is this normal for a girl?

So there's this girl I dated she is 14 and I'm 15 but she was always touching me and stuff (she was the first girl I ever dated so idk if this is normal) we would cuddle some but she thought I was kinda reserved because I wasn't really touchy and stuff one more question later she had talked to me and asked me if I could kiss her would I (she was wondering because I had not tried to before) (I believe there should be an emotional bond first so its not just physical) so I had been getting to know her and had a good bond so I said yes but then she dared me to do it the next I saw her then I got nervous and stuff so I went over to her house the next day to hang out and she wanted one of my sisters to come because they're friends anyways so I was laying on the floor next to her then my sister put a mattress on us (idk why she's weird lol) so I was about to kiss her then crush my sister jumps on the mattress because that's just what she does but I didn't kiss her that night so about a week later she came to my house so we were behind a couch (don't ask lol) I could tell she wanted me to but I didn't wanna mess it up because I had never kissed anyone before so about after 1min or 2 she kissed me but I didn't really react like at all because I was kinda surprised a bit stunned maybe but I didn't know she was going to anyways after that she started acting weirdish and stuff so my second question is if a guy/girl did that when you kissed them would you think they're rejecting you
