I live right on the LA/OC border. I had never seen a thrift store that supports animal shelters until the other day.
It was located on Buena Vista & Alameda in Burbank. Right next to Walt Disney Studios.
Probably too far. Maybe you can find it, call them and see if they know of something closer.

website in like has 16 thrift stores that help animals BUT none right in OC...........riverside, rancho sante fe, redlands, etc
