Is dumbbell row a good Workout?

    yes it is, its a compound exercise. It effect your Lats, adds thickness to it, also effect traps (shoulder muscles) & Rhomboids also biceps Brachii. All together gives u a great back.

    Go for little lighter weight (not too light) and more reps (15-20)

    Yes. You work on biceps, forearms, shoulders and back with that. Its a mass builder.
