I'm going to buy one of these dog breeds for breeding purpose. I already have a male GSD that is 12 months now. There is a good demand for these two breeds bullmastiff and rottweilers. I'm looking for to breed a one breed out of these 2 that which is more protective of their family or their homes ?

( I keep close connection with our vet and he gives me all the advices relavent to breeding )

Hi my 5 months old male GSD puppy bark at strangers when they are passing my home. But when they come close he wags tail and try to lick.

Is he going to be protective or friendly ? But doesnt look FEARFUL.

Can I feed my 5 months old GSD puppy with cooked pork tripes ?

Im 19 old guy and i have eye floaters with no flashes. But sticky eyes, headache and rough throught. Today i went an eye sergon to get checked by eyes and she prescribed me some eye drops with loratadine (oral) tablets and told me these floaters are because of mucus in head..

But she told me to get done a field vision test. I saw on the internet that test is related to glaucoma. Then im afraid of getting that disease. Im really confused and too sensitive in eye related issues. I want to know will those floaters cause glaucoma ?

** we tested my vision (reading boards) and nothing was abnormal. I could read all of them

Usually when a male gsd become protective and be aware of strangers that coming to the home ?

What is the best way to play with a puppy who is around 2-3 months old and very active ?

I have a 9 weeks old gsd puppy.. Im the one who spends time with him on daily basis Feeding, Training, Exercisisng, Grooming ect...

But I feel he doesnt have any difference between me and strangers..

If someone else call him when he is with me he will go.. when he is playing with someone, he doesnt come to me when called if its so fun to play with

I have seen so many obeyed GSDs to their masters even without much training..

When will my puppy understand that im the provider and his master ? Is he still too young ?

My 7 weeks old GSD puppy ate sand. While he was eating i stopped him. But even in that time some little amount of sand had been swallowed.

What are the symptoms if the sand cause any kind of damage to my dog & usually how long does it take to appear those symptoms ?

Can I add coconut oil to my 7 weeks old GSD puppy's food to prevent existing dry skin condition ?

Hi Im really confused. Today I noticed that the hair in its muzzle area has been gone and the skin can be seen..

Then I went to the vet and i was told its a rash and an injection for that can not be given until 18 weeks.

Then he applied some liquid on affected area and told me to come again within a week..

I want to know will my dog lost his all the black and tan shiny coat throughout the life ? or Is it reversable ?

Even when he is on my hands he really tries to bite me all the time. Also after keeping him down he doesnt stop biting.

Note - he is 5 weeks old. But he has got nice set of sharp teeth and some noticeable biting force.. Then honestly its painful and absolutely i dont really like it...

Do I need to yell him ? Or give him a touch (if not hit) when he is contantly doing it ?

I bought royal canin junior German Shepherd puppy food. How do I need to prepare it ?

Hi.. i have a long haired gsd pup... I want to know how can i make him only to eat the foods that i offer ? That means he should not eat foods that others (strangers) offer him.

Reason - I feed him properly according to our vets instructions (Quality dog food, vitamin ect....). Im affraid that if others including neighbors offerd him some allergy foods like chocolate or even poison by thieves.

Im sorry about asking questions again and again...

The breeder told me to feed my pup every three hours begin from 6 am to 10 pm. Then there were around 7 meals each day including (milk, cheese, yoghurt)....

My puppy is active and tries to bite me and everything all the time. BUT he has watery stools. It looks like dairrhea. Also he passea loose stools 4-5 times a day..

I simply want to know is it normal or do i need to make any changes of his diet ?

I cant get his attention for such a long time 5-10 min. Then I used to train him few times a day.

One time 'come', another time 'sit', another time 'down' ect.

I do around 2 reps from each and i dont really make my little guy tired..

I wanna to know is it ok to train him im that way the basic obedience ?

He is still 1 month old. I feed him 6 times a day with 5 meals milk and 1 with rice and fish...

I give him HIMALAYA S HIMCAL for teeth and bone growth. One of my friend told its bad (as his thought)...

Recently i bought a water soluble fertilizer powder (blue colour) and as it has been printed on the lable its NPK 20-60-60

I have to mix 5g of it with 4 litres of water..

My question is on where do i need to apply it ? Do i need to spray it on the soil ? Or on the leaves ?

Hi now im completely not on the track to make my dog aggresive rather than making it obedient...

Im not a native English speaker.. Usually at my home I speek Sinhala. Thats my mother tounge and also i live in Sri Lanka...

Then when im training my dog to sit, down, up, roll ect.... Is it that really ESSENTIAL to train him ONLY in English...

Translations from English to my language

Sit - vaadi wenna (වාඩි වෙන්න)

Down - nidaa ganna (නිදා ගන්න)

Up - Nagitinna (නැගිටින්න)

Roll - kerakenna (කැරකෙන්න)

If English is required to train my dog. I will use it when im training my dog. But all the other time 365 days i will speak in Sinhala.
