Cooked pork for 5 months old GSD puppy ?

Can I feed my 5 months old GSD puppy with cooked pork tripes ?

    Pork and tripe are both very fatty meats, I wouldn't. Theres a risk of pancreatitis.

    Dogs don't do well with pork.
