● "Is it ok to train GSD puppy few times a day?"
Yes.
But it would have helped us had you said how old he is, and how long you've had him.
Training classes are for coaching/training the OWNERS - and because of the cost of getting a whole class together, they tend to be for 30 minutes when the pup is 18-to-22 weeks old, rising to maybe an hour when the pooch is a yearling. But the time is broken up into "owner being told & shown", "owner trying it", "owner being told what to correct", "owner trying again", "owner playing with pup", then switching to a different exercise.

Have you counted how many repetitions you can ask for before he gets bored with an exercise? When LEARNING a new exercise/command, it pays to do as many simple repetitions of it in a row as the pup is happy with, before doing a bit of play-&-reward. Once the pup is SURE of an exercise/command there should be several repetitions per day - but they should be separated by a fair bit of time. The owner has to learn to judge whether a command is thoroughly familiar and enjoyable, so can be used as an occasional revision&reward between lessons - or whether the command is still being learnt and so needs to be practised a few times in a row, followed by a break, something else, then a few more repetitions od the new lesson.

You should never make a pup TIRED. But nor should you require enough repetitions to BORE a pup.
With our first GSD we were surrounded by thousands of sheep, so I bought a pet sheep and used it to train Caesar:
http://lesp90.wix.com/lorelei-gsd-kennels#!caesar/... that he was not to bite sheep. I took him on-lead around the house, flicking & growling if he looked at the sheep as we rounded the corner from which he could see it, praising when he looked away from the sheep. He was a bright lad - 5 walks around the house was enough to show me that he had learned that requirement.
My obedience bỉtch, Jena :
http://lesp90.wix.com/lorelei-gsd-kennels was even brighter. When she reached the scent cloth stage I needed only once to take her to the ring of cloths, walk her to each one, let her sniff it then continue until she sniffed the right one, whereupon I told her she was a good girl and gave her a rub. I then took her off to the waiting point, told her to "Go fetch" - and she knew exactly what to do.

Fine, so long as you remember that a command is not LEARNED until the pooch obeys despite distractions. Being in a class not only means that YOU get coached and so reduce the number of mistakes you make, it also helps Pup learn that he must pay attention regardless of what the other dogs & people are doing.

Yes, it's actually recommended to have several short sessions a day, BECAUSE they have such short attention spans. It's fine to work on more than one command during each short lesson.
