5 weeks old GSD puppy biting me ?
Even when he is on my hands he really tries to bite me all the time. Also after keeping him down he doesnt stop biting.
Note - he is 5 weeks old. But he has got nice set of sharp teeth and some noticeable biting force.. Then honestly its painful and absolutely i dont really like it...
Do I need to yell him ? Or give him a touch (if not hit) when he is contantly doing it ?

His mom and siblings will be teaching him bite inhibition during the next 3 weeks before he is ready to go to his new home, it's a natural thing for young pups to bite and chew and taste everything, they don't have hands and fingers to explore so they use their mouths.
When the puppies are biting at you simply say a sharp ouch and withdraw from play, the pup should get the idea soon. Offering something else like a toy to bite at is another ides or simply walk away when the pups get overly mouthy.
When the pups ready to be homed at 8 weeks old he should be a little more laid back about how hard he bites but will still be exploring things with his mouth and a simple verbal correction, offering other things to bite and chew or leaving play should drive the point across, slapping or hitting doesn't work, makes the pups a little hand shy.

Return the pup to the BYB you got it from as it should remain with the mom/siblings until 10-12 weeks, it's illegal in many areas to buy, sell or adopt before eight weeks.
Puppies/dogs don't come trained, your responsibility to not allow this poor behavior, correct it immediately before it gets worse, seek professional help for yourself on how to train a dog properly before it injures someone, you're sued, and the innocent pup is euthanized.
GSD's aren't a good choice for inexperienced, first time dog owners.

Of course it is. All puppies bite. That is only one of the reason a pup should stay with its mama & litter mates for a full 8 to 12 weeks. They learn bite inhibition just being with each other.
Sorry, but you have been scammed, lied to & cheated & screwed by a stupid, ignorant BYBer. That pup should still be with its mama & litter mates.
