Are all these clothes age appropriate?

Going to New York in a couple weeks and thought I'd do a holiday/ Summer shopping spree so are these okay clothes? I'm 13, 5 foot 5 and about 7 stone 10 pounds. Most girls I know wear this stuff anyway so...yeah...is it appropriate and also is it nice?

Finally should I get this laptop? It works out cheaply if I buy it abroad, about £130 v the £250 RRP in England. I love it but I only have about $600 spending money and its $205 or something
