Probably. Homosexuality exists in a large number of species here on Earth. That's assuming that these extraterrestrials reproduce sexually in the first place........... The VAST majority of creatures on Earth reproduce asexually. By a factor of millions to one. The idea that these "extraterrestrials" would have 2, or only 2, sexes is rather unrealistic.

You should find "Enemy Mine", with Dennis Quaid and Louis Gossett, Jr.... about... 1986? 87? In that movie, the aliens only had a single sex. Or, read "The Left Hand of Darkness" - Ursula LeGuin... in that story, the aliens became a man *or* a woman to mate... so the father of some kids might be the mother to others.

And, then... there's Captain Kirk... he'd pretty much go after anything remotely female.
