Orthodontic rubber band stuck in throat?
I'm not sure what to do as this rubber band is stuck at the bottom of my throat. I tried swallowing while looking up and eating bread. I also tried making myself throw up. What should I do and when should I do it? Do I need surgery or will it disappear? It's kinda irritating I can't even sleep because of it...

It's unlikely to actually still be there - even once you have swallowed a foreign body, the muscles in the throat remain irritated and it feels like it is still stuck in your throat, even though it has gone down into your stomach.

I don't know how old you are, but if you are living with your parents, tell them. Maybe they will take you to urgent care or something. If you live on your own, I'd go straight to urgent care and see what they can do.
