I want to create a realistic face. Any way to do this without having to download a program?

    As in, a digital 2D image of a realistic face?

    Just go to art school for a few years, then connect your trusty Wacom tablet to your computer and visit http://apps.pixlr.com/editor/

    Then spend a few additional hours until satisfied with the result.
