How do you properly use Drop set?

When doing drop set do you do it on every exercise you are gonna do ? i mean example on Monday its chest/Tri so i m gonna do bench press,incline db press,db flies then High chest cable fly am i gonna do Drop set on all of those? TIA

    Drop sets could be really effective if your ultimate goal is bodybuilding. You can do drop sets for just about any exercise. But personally I prefer doing drop sets on isolation movements. Because isolation movements are all about getting the burn and exhausting that particular muscle and drop sets would help you do so.

    So do usuals on bench, dB press and add drop sets for flies and cable fly.
