You're apparently grasping at straws trying to find a way to immigrate somewhere when you have NO qualifications or credentials! You are NOT going to any foreign country, even temporarily, unless you meet ALL of that country's requirements for a temporary visa and/or immigration.

Furthermore, your language skills are totally inadequate to qualify to go to school, work, immigrate or anything else in any English-speaking country.

At 18, you'll need to get your own visa for whatever it is you want to do. If that's studying, then you'll need a confirmed university place and proof of sufficient funds to cover your expenses.
