what inspires you?

I don't have anyone/anything special that inspires me, like music, or other people, but the future is what inspires me. When I do stuff I have to force myself to do, I think "man, this gonna pay off good when I'm finished with all of this" and then I keep going. Basically I have to inspire myself.

Seeing pain in the world. Sickness, war, poverty, cruelty- these things inspire me more than anything else to take action and make some kind of positive difference, even if it's a tiny, seemingly insignificant one.

To make meaningful positive long term life changes? Nothing.

My reasoning tells me I won't get what I want no matter the effort I put in. Goals seem too far in the future to work for. Short term goals aren't rewarding enough.

My family and friend..

They inspire me in every aspect of life..

The yahbos in here who criticize folks for doing exactly what they themselves are doing and then get all snarly about it.

Humor and the human conditioning, and identifying with their hypocrisy, that inspires me today.
