What foods DO NOT have vitamin B12?
I need to know this because my vitamin B12 levels are way too high.

Stay away from all meats and dairy- this is cheese, yogurt, milk, cream cheese, cottage cheese
meat is a big one, do not eat any meats or eggs
And also, read the nutrition labels, they'll say what the product contains and doesn't contains- except dairy because that's a vitamin B complex. But on packaged foods such as bread you'll see them, and one last thing, do not drink energy drinks- vitamin B is the only thing that's in those things and anywhere from 200-2000% of your daily intake. So don't do that :)
