Right now, only Developer's models are available. They versions for consumers like us won't be ready until early 2016. If you can't wait that long, you can get an I Am Cardboard set, which is super cheap and works with smartphones.

You won't get one so letting you know anything about where to get them and how much they are would be a complete waste of time.

The oculus rift is probably the most popular one at the time
DK1 cost $300 and DK2 (newer one) cost $350
Im not too sure out DK1 price but at the moment it is sold out
