robot human?

If a robot had artificial intelligence and can feel emotions. Could it be on the level as humans. It would think for itself and feel happiness and remorse and all that jazz. it learns feels and can live its life like a human. so would you consider it a (robot) human

    I don't think you could dumb it down enough to be on a par with humans, but if you could then yes, I would be willing to consider it human.
