Can you freeze quiche?

I've started cooking with more variety and am into quiche. I would like to make a couple of different kinds and cut them into portions and freeze. This way I could choose to eat one portion instead of a whole pie during the week.

Yes you can, but first put it in a plastic freezer bag and remove as much air as you can from the bag before freezing.

I know they sell frozen quiche in grocery stores, so I don't know why you couldn't. You might just bake one and try freezing a piece to see how it does. The main problem I could see is if the texture is compromised.

Yes. Just make sure it's thawed out before reheating. Keep it covered with aluminum foil when you do it in the oven Microwaving would make it rubbery.

Of coarse you can, it's basically an egg pie. Just wrap the individual slices in wax paper and then foil and or plastic wrap.
