Will this graphics card work for this game?
I'm getting a new laptop today with a NVIDIA GTX960M 2G GDDR5 listed as it's graphics coprocessor.
The game Dying Light that I got a while back lists the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560 as a base requirement.

Oh it should run it! The 9 series is 4 series newer then the 5 you see. And there have been quite some improvements. There is one thing you should know though. It is a 960M, those are made for mobile gaming and can't draw as much power as their Desktop Variants. So 960M will have less performance then a 960.

It has enough performance to run it decently if you put some settings lower.

As always with computers you need to fiddle with the settings yourself. Don't expect Ultra settings at 40x MSAA and so on. But if you ditch the MSAA it should have enough power to run the game. Oh and the game has a few settings that define how well far items are handled. So there is allot of performance to win by lowering the range of said setting.
30 FPS ought to be possible :)
Lets show you another game, GTA V on the PC, why? Because it also is an open world game! So it has to deal with the same issues as Dying Light.

Seeing the specifications I expect it to offer performance close to a 750ti, yes a desktop variant!
