How do i get this information back?

i was erasing things from my old iphone even with the sim out of it, i have deleted all my emails and all my folders where i had saved certain emails i needed what can i do ??? !!!! HELP

Update:

Even from My laptop all the important folders have gone !!! :-O HELP

    Emails are not stored on the phone, just accessed through the email server. So you could use a computer to access the account & the emails/folders would be intact.

    have not got a clue how to do any of that :( mail server how do i get there etc etc. :( thank you for your answer ..
