Yes.
Once an item has lost heat, applying heat again is know as 'reheating'. Any application of heat will work, and I can personally attest, as can dozens, if not billions of others that it is indeed possible. We've come so far. Visionaries such as Charles L. Microwave and Robert S. Conventional Oven have carried us to new heights.

You have a better chance successfully reheating french fries and leftover food in the oven than you ever would using a microwave.

The best way to reheat fries is in a hot oven, preheated to about 375 degrees F. The fastest way is the microwave, but they will turn soggy.

Yes. I'd recommend reheating them in the oven, you CAN reheat them in the microwave, but they'll come out soggy.

Yes. I recommend doing it in the oven though. The microwave will make them turn limp and soggy. Disgusting, I know.

better to heat them with a sauce over, then the crispness isn't crucial. you can cut them up into smaller pieces or add onion and peppers for example to a tomato salsa type sauce and have a complete accompaniment or meal.
