Magickal tokens of affection?

I'm pretty new to magick and I'm still discovering my abilities but something that I can't seem to find anywhere online is a good gift to give a loved one to intensify the feeling of love. I want this person to feel my presence and get those warm and fuzzy feelings every time they see, touch, or even smell this gift. I'm looking into stones that I can give but is there any specific stone I can pair with a specific spell to amplify the effect? What are your suggestions? I haven't checked any books yet because I'm at home and it's the wee hours of the morning.
