"Ay Que Fo"?

I heard a Puerto Rican girl say it and I did not hear "feo" I Heard. F-O

I know feo Means ugly in spanish But I dispatchers her say that

Is This the same concept as "At Que Feo" or like different only Puerto Ricans say

    Maybe fo was an abbreviation of fofo, which means flabby in Spanish and cute in Portuguese.

    I've always heard it said by everyone else that we speak our Spanish and roll our tongues a lot quicker in Puerto Rico. I guess it's just an accent thing.

    But yeah, that's probably what she meant.
