I am wondering how I can change my situation with girls. I belong to a couple of organizations that deals with different types of people?

I have aspergers and this is a major part of the problem. I don't have that many female friends. I belong too two different organizations. The main one deals with aspergers

I do a lot of activities and volunteering for both organizations.

there's three girls in these organizations, that i fancy and all three girls are younger than 20 and all three girls are attractive and quite nice looking.

I've already established that these youngers girls are an inappropriate age for me. I still have to mix with them, because they belong to the organization/group

I don't understand If it's ok for a 36 year old man, to make friends with girls younger than 20. I don't know If this is the right thing for me

I still want to be friends with these girls, however I would like to change the situation for me.

basically I am saying I am fed up meeting teenagers all the time. However these girls are joining these companies I am being supported by, because they need support themselves, their not joining for me.

I am fed up of younger girls, because I would like women my own age such as between the ages of 30 and 40, because I am an adult not a teenager. Also I will never have a lovelife unless I stop meeting younger girls and start meeting older women.
