The Red False message under your answer indicates you have reached your Daily limit of answers for whatever level you are at.
You will have to wait until the new day Yahoo time midnight PST for your limits to reset.
There are daily limits at every level.
Level 1 can answer 20 questions a day and ask 5 questions.

Two things:
1. You hit your daily limit
2. You need to do a good cache clean with a reboot.
