Why does he try to hide his face during love making?

we been together 4 years and engaged. We live far from each other but whenever we get emotionally intimated on Skype, he either cover his face or close his front camera so I can't see him, I asked him why and he says he's shy! Com on we been together 4 years! Lol I noticed even when we get physical, if he's behind me he talks dirty, but when he's on top he try's to limit hide his facial expression! Is this normal?? I love to see his face and told him this but he just smile in a cute way. Also, he always want me to start intimate with him, like give him a hint or something and after that he becomes like a wild animal who go to the extreme to try and satisfy me But, most of the time I feel like he want me to start it, or hint it to him even when I can tell that he's very horny, he always want me to be ready first! Is this worrying ?

I mean my bf is confident guy. He has loads of friends and very sociable with people, he has strong personality and has a present and charisma. so do you think it's normal ??
