low lymphocytes normal neutraphils?
My wbc was 4.7 (usually I'm 6.7 and such)
Everything was within normal range except my lymphocytes which were .9 (normal between 1.00 - 3.00)

If your doctor is not concerned, there is no reason to be concerned. When looking at susceptibility to infection, low neutrophils are usually the culprit, and yours are fine. Your lymphocytes are barely low, not low enough to make any sort of difference.
