Should I buy this motorcycle?

All of this info was said of text I haven't actually checked out the bike in person. 1991 Suzuki katana 600

Only needs fork seals

Starts and runs fine

24k miles on bike 5k miles on motor

The seller needs it gone by the weekend so I figure I can lower the price down to like 1000

This is what the ad says:

my bike has cleaned carbs an stage 3 jets with k&n air filters on the carbs has yoshi exhaust and geared and new front and rear tires and just bought a new battery . does need fork seals and doesnt have a fuel gage but does not effect the performance of the bike. t

    Sounds like a decent deal, but I can't say for sure without looking at it.

    The ads always disclose everything. They really do. Believe the ad. Oh, please, believe the ad. You can count on the ad. Never disbelieve an ad. Inspection not necessary. The ad is just like a warranty. You can trust the ad completely. Don't worry... the ad says...
