Can somebody explain what this skyrim mod does?

I am trying to find one that will block those pesky achievements. What will this do?

    It disables Achievements system within Skyrim

    Loaded it. I love it, now I don't have to look at those disgusting achievements anymore. Endorsing!

    yes it does, its a pretty helpful mod
