If you have a web site with your domain name you can probably get an email account at the same provider.

You don't. To get a custom email address you have to buy(really its rent) a domain name (costs monthly or yearly). Then you have to register that domain name to an email service (or host one yourself) which also costs money

You need to subscribe to a domain name, then arrange a mail server to host the emails.
