Headaches could be any number of things. There's no reason to jump right to cancer. It could be a sinus infection, stress, migraines, tension headaches, hypoglycemia(low blood sugar), dehydration...the list goes on and on. Make sure you're drinking enough water, don't have low blood sugar, and your sinuses aren't clogged(no signs of infection like fever). If you still have headaches, go to your doctor for a full physical.

It can be migrain Or just tension. Tension fits better coz u r 16 . try not being a hypochondriac n don't stick to webMD symptom checker . Just relax nd it'd be gone . Migraine is however characterised by sharp or throbbing pain in one part or whole of the head which occurs due to stimulus such as strain or sunlight . But it's tension most probably

Have the headaches been accompanied by dizziness, numbness, tingling, vision loss, hearing loss, falling, fainting, seizures, or any of that? If not, it's probably not a brain tumor. It's more likely stress, brain changing (you are a teenager afterall), or dehydration. Probably not cancer though.

Headaches are just headaches. Brain cancer would be the last thing I would thinks of. Tend to believe more in allergic rhinitis.

It's headaches. That's all. Millions have them because they are just headaches. Give up the imagination, kid.
