Google chrome won't play videos?

I had disabled the Widevine Content Decryption Module and Native Content plugins, thinking I didn't need them. However, the next day, I went to watch a youtube video, and the audio was working, but the picture was black. This happens to all videos on most sites, including Facebook. After discovering this, I immediately re-enabled the plugins, but videos still won't play. What do I do??
