    I was middle management and my response was always to give my opinion once then if they ignored me assume it was something they had more information than I did and their choice, then try to make it work for them. If it failed it was never because I didn't try hard enough and I never took an attitude of I told you so.

    Let your boss think he is right. That is why he is paid more. He has to carry the can if something is not right.

    Better keep quiet, if possible make a hint about your ideas without blaming him.

    I make my opinion heard, but carry out what they say to the letter. Then I let what happens speak for itself.

    Put your concern in writing so you cannot be blamed whern it goes wrong
