Should I tell my boyfriend he kissed me?

I was hanging out with a close friend of mine and he was drinking (he asked me if I wanted to, I said no) and he started massaging me and tracing his fingers on my neck and I kept telling him to stop and he would for a while and then he'd do it again. I told him he's drunk and he should go home and he said "not really. I know what I'm doing" then he'd lean in and kiss my shoulder and neck. I said "this is why my boyfriend doesn't like you" and he laughed and said "might as well give him a reason" and I kept moving him off me. Finally I said if he valued our friendship, to stop. He just laid his head against mine and said "damn, don't do that" but then he kissed me again and I tried getting up to leave and he would grab me and move my hand and kiss me gently again, until finally I said, I'm leaving and I went home. He then texted me apologizing nonstop saying he shoulda stopped and idk if I should tell my boyfriend or not. Is it one of those "what he doesn't kno won't hurt him" or should I tell him? Idk. My boyfriend really really doesn't like my friend and it's the first time my friend has ever done anything even close to that.
