What to do if you miss a workout at the gym?
My Routine is Mon - Chest/triceps Tues - Back/Biceps wed - Legs/Shoulders thurs - chest/tric Fri Back/bic and saturday legs/shoulder and on sunday its rest And today (wednesday) I didn't go to the gym because i got important things to do and i'm wondering what should i do? Can i like do Chest triceps and shoulder and legs tomorrow? but if i do what about saturday? i'm afraid i won't get enough rest for those 2 parts what should i do? should i just pretend i did workout today lol this is so irritating

Write it off. Carry on with your routine as normal. Doesn't matter if you skip a session, so long as you're consistant.
Or try work them into a superset. Maybe chest or shoulders with one arm dumbell rows. Find what works for your body and get back on track.
You may even find training harder but less frequently leads to better gains. I couldn't gain as well training upper body 3 days a week, as I could training only twice.
My routine is upper (shoulders, chest, arms pull ups), lower (squats and deadlits), cardio, repeat. Don't worry too much about overlapping muscle groups, it will happen in any program.
If you're new, it's probably better to just go full body \ rest, and repeat 2-4 times a week depending on progress.
Remember you don't grow from one work out. It's a marathon not a sprint, and you grow when resting not during training.
