i have to change my piercing due to swelling?
I have to change my lip piercing tomorrow (third day) from a stud to a ring because the swelling is trying to heal over the jewelry. Its a bad thing, because when I tried to clean it tonight, it started bleeding really bad. I'm not sure I should be changing it at all but I don't think I have a choice. Any advice?

All my lip piercings tried healing over the piercing, its because your lip hasn't gotten used to the new hole, I kept the stud and continually pushed it towards the inside of my mouth, but if it continues to get worst I'd take it out, like if it gets to the point your sick or can't breathe take it out, I've had my lip pierced for a year and its fine now, and I got my angel bites like 6 months ago, and I still pull in my mouth so the back gets uncovered, just wash your mouth really good, I normalyy just did the inside everyday 2 or 3 times, and I rarely cleaned the outside of it
