How should I celebrate 1 year vegetarian?
I know a lot of people don't do stuff like that, but I want to. I feel like it's an accomplishment, especially since I wasn't expecting to last this long. It was supposed to be more of a temporary diet than a lifestyle.
I must say, giving up meat wasn't even the worst part, it was dealing with people's snotty af comment. Apparently I'm supposed to be some sort of supreme tree hugger/animal savior now. That doesn't even sum up half of the stuff I've heard...
I'm getting off track. I want a fun way to celebrate my 1 year vegetarian. How should I do that?

I loved being a vegetarian, was one for many years - I became very creative with my foods - tofu, a collage of veggies, simmering sauces, rice, potato, I would have a feast of my favorite creations, exercise to add the glow of health, drink something really healthy, and smile with personal congrats.

Treat yourself to a meal out at a vegetarian restaurant or buy some new cook books.

How about doing a potluck and asking everyone to bring their favorite vegetarian dish and you make the dessert or the drinks.

Sorry, but I don't see the point of what you are trying to do. Maybe have a cupcake and praise yourself?

To replace the lost nutrition, have a BBQ pork dinner with Roast Beef sandwiches on the side.
