How do I put a permanent passcode on my kindle fire without 5 incorrect passcode reset kindle fire?

i put a passcode on my kindle fire. And my brother tried access it by typing incorrect passcode 5 times to reset my kindle fire so he can access it. How do I make it permanently locked without 5 incorrect passcode reset kindle fire

    Ask Amazon. I don't think that is possible. There is always some way to reset a Kindle to factory defaults when locked because LOTS of people forget the passcode they chose.
