Why are people "bad" for voting Tory?

Why?

Because I'm not rich, nor a public-school educated Toff (I'm also not envious of others nor judgmental, so i wouldn't detest a wealthy or Eton-educated person..)

I voted for them since I didn't like Labour, and I reckon Miliband was ill-advised not to have an EU referendum. It's a point we as a country need to discuss.  And I reckon the Tories' policies for low earners is a good one, and I trust them on the economy. Labour has no record ever on economic wellbeing.

I prefer to ignore "ad hominem" arguments - those that attack you instead of attacking your reasons - as they are the sign of someone who can't produce  their own reasons for disagreeing with you.  I've voted Tory for as long as I've been able to, and we have nothing to apologise for in voting for a party that has spent the last five years doing as well as anyone could.

Nor am I going to take any lectures from supporters of a party whose leaders also went to Oxford.  Did you know David Cameron and Ed Miliband did the same university course?

And have you noticed that Labour have done a sudden U-turn on the EU referendum?  What will they reverse next?  Looks like "New Labour" is coming back, i.e. grab on to any policy that will get you elected.

People aren't bad for voting Tory, but they have voted against their own best interests. The Tories stand for a continuation of a society based on massive inequalities of wealth and power, and they punish the poorest (eg via the bedroom tax).

Not that Labour or the LibDems or UKIP are any better, or really any different.

Dont fall for the rubbish a lot of them tell us on here. We arent "Toffs"  There is probably more socialist Toffs than anyone ?

We voted conservative simply because they were way and afar the best people. So many others had the same idea.   Ignore the jealous lot.
