dont know the point of life?

Im a 14 year old girl in high school and for some reason ive lose hope in life.

My academic life is pretty good but that isnt enough. I see all these people.with amazing talents, singing, dancing, sports, gorgeous, popopular and im none of these things. I hang out a couple time a year, im ugly, i have friends in class but am pretty lonely at lunch, and i hate my life both inside and outside of school.

School is hard. Academically not so much but socially. Im not being bullied, its just hard finding friends. I have friends in all my classes but at lunch its like they all have their own group. Im not a very good talker so it can get kind of awkward. I see all thesw people on snapchat doing cool things while im just doing nothing. i want to hang out and go to the beach but i dont really have anyone to go with.

My family is a long story but i really dont like them. My mom is always yelling and very unaupportive so ive given up on her and the rest of my fam.

I feel like i have no pirpose because i have no talent. I dont know who i am. People always say to just be yourself but i dont even know who i am. I want someone i can trust to talk to but there is nobody in my life that i really feel free and comfortable around. I just want to have a friend group or an amzing talent like singing or something. Is suicide a good idea because there really is no point in life? What should i do? ive given up on life.

The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose. What that means is up to you. Having a talent may be a big deal in high school, but not so much when you're an adult. If you've ever heard the phrase "starving artist" it's more true than you think. Singing, dancing, and drawing are great things when in school, but in when you try to capitalize on them you'll find that only one in a ten thousand, literally, ever make a living doing them. The restaurants of New York City and Hollywood are filled with people who wanted to make it "big" and didn't. They're the ones serving the food. I don't think you're using your imagination. You're assuming a talent is confined to something artistic. How about volunteering at your local human society? Or a homeless shelter? You say you're not a great talker, take drama classes or attend Toastmaster meetings. Heck, start a Toastmaster club. As you work to strengthen your weaknesses, you'll find you've turned them in to strengths.

The "Point" of Life, is whatever WE Create out of It- with Our OWN ! You're obviously Intelligent, Thoughtful, and Observant. And like most Teenagers, you want to "fit IN" and be Accepted by your Peers. But the Thing IS; at 14, You don't have Control over Your Life yet... -And You WON'T until You Graduate & turn 18 ! So UNTIL Then; just keep your Head Down, do Your BEST in School, & let things fall as They will. Things WILL Get Better... And the "Path Ahead"- will get Clearer, with Time... Good Luck ! :)

Suicide is never the answer. Everyone has a purpose, something to do with their life. Look for the good things in life. Everyone needs a friend they can trust, you just need to find one
