Drive Club or Project Cars?

I haven't really dabbled in racing games and I really don't know which one to pick.

    If you want an arcade racer then Driveclub, if you want more of a simulation game then I recommend that you get Project Cars.

    It takes 10 seconds for yahoo answers webpage to display for me to be able to click on [add your answer] button. is my laptop slow??
