Can I drink hand sanitizer to flush out germs from the inside?

This morning I swallowed one of those fat flies on accident.. I just drunk some hand sanitizer because I have a phobia of germs and I am really sad about a fly being inside of me. Will I be ok? I drunk like a half cup of it.

NO !since the stomach acid is very strong and killed the fly on contact and also distroyed the HS as fast as you drank it what a waste of time and lets hope you don't get diarrhea or stomach pains from this mislead idea of yours.

The stomach's high acidity serves as a barrier aganist infections by killing most bacterica and invaders (such as a fly)

Kinda depends on the brand but I knew kids who drank themselves blind on hand sanitizer so be careful. Your stomach acid is a much stronger acid than the hand sanitizer, the whole thing was really unnecesarry

You shouldn't drink hand sanitizer, it'll do more harm than good.
