What are the differences between Chinese roasted pig and Filipino lechon?

    Chinese roast pork is cooked in a different type of oven/bbq, Filipino lechon tend to be cooked on a rotisserie, seasonings to salt, white pepper, garlic is usually rubbed in the cavity, the skin is not seasoned, Chinese roast pork is served with hoisin sauce, Filipino lechon is served with a soya based liver sauce.
