Why is my phone restarting?

My iPhone 6 is just restarting when it feels like. Plenty of space left and it's a couple of months old. Haven't had this problem, what's wrong?

Used to work for Apple's Tech Support; hope this helps.

Usually if it's in a restart loop, it means something is wrong with the OS base system. If you've tried a 'hard-reset' (Holding down the Home & Power button respectively until it shuts off) then a normal boot, and it STILL does it, you may want to perform a Factory Reset using the latest version of iTunes.

Make SURE iTunes is up to date, or it will literally mess everything up.

BEFORE you do this, check your iCloud account (if you have one) to see if your data is safe. Or, if you back up regularly to iTunes, stuff should be ok.

If a 'Restore as New' fails to work, you got a Lemon. Call Apple Support directly and tell them what steps you've taken.
