Can't get high?

Question

So I have tried weed 3 times and still haven't been able to get high, the first time I was by myself and I smoked out of a homemade bong, and I didn't get high, second time I smoked a joint with my friend and didn't get high, although he did, and last night I ate half a weed brownie, and stayed up 4 hours and still never got high off that, allthough my friends were high as a kite, so why can't I get high? Is it because my body isn't used to it? I've done it 3 times...? I don't know what I have to do to get high?

Well if your friends got high, it's not the weed.  You may be expecting too much.  It's not like being drunk.  It's more subtle than that.  You may also be too anxious and high strung.  I've heard others say the same thing about not getting high.  I don't know what you can do about it other than keep trying or give up.   It always works for me...

well.. this happened to me the first time i smoked... but not the second time. the reason i didnt get high my first time was because we were smoking a glass pipe and i just wasnt skilled enough at using it (or taking a big enough hit) to really feel anything. brownies never worked for me, ive tried like 3 times.... but it WILL work if you do it correctly. the joint may have been rolled to tightly, or maybe you just didnt get a enough of a quality hit to feel anything... i smoke glass pipes because i dont like smoking the paper of rolled joints/blunts, and i think i get way higher from glass pipes than most other things
