well whats is going on every time I answer a question some one reports me or when I answer a question?

You could be violating the guidelines, racist rants, religion hate speech, trolling etc is violations. However, sometime you can be reported in error, someone has been going out of their way to report my valid answers.

Heck a user asked how to contact yahoo, i answered email yahoo at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com and my answer got reported, and the spammer answer didn't get reported. So, just because a user is a trusted reporter, doesn't mean they can't wrongfully report.

So you could be violating the guidelines, but if you feel you are being reported in error appeal.

Edit- And the thumbs down prove that a question or answer can be wrongfully reported. If a user can thumb down valid answers, they can also wrongfully report. Being trusted reporter doesn't mean they can't troll.

Some level 7 users move questions for the heck of it, and some users report questions and answers for the heck of it, or because they don't like the answer or the user.

I report crap like spam, racism, Religion hate speech etc, i don't report what i don't agree with, or just for the heck of it.

Report what violates the guidelines, not what you don't like. As i said, you could be violating the guidelines, or you are being reported in error.

A quick glance at your answers shows what the issue might be. Deleted expletives, insults, non-answers and other forms of misuse of the site aren't allowed. Answers are supposed to be useful, helpful and politely formatted. Follow the rules - and you'll have fewer issues like that.

As has been pointed out,your answers are mostly violations of the guidelines and were reported by other members.You need to read the guidelines and learn what you can & can't post here.

What Yaz said, if you're acting like a prick then people will report you

Insults, non answers, rants in answers are against the community guidelines, they get reported, and content drops.

I'd suggest not answering like this "well another stupide question my god or another pevert " if you don't want it to continue.
