    1. Acetylene is a gas, so to answer correctly it is necessary to know the temperature and pressure at which the measurement is made. Lacking that information, assume STP:

    (13 mol) × (22.414 L/mol) = 291 L

    2.

    (2 L) / (22.414 L/mol) × (16.0425 g CH4/mol) = 1.4 g CH4

    3.

    (3 g NaCl) / (58.4430 g NaCl/mol) = 0.05 mol NaCl

    4.

    8 + 10 + 4 + 2 = 24 atoms/molecule caffeine

    (0.75 mol) × (6.022 × 10^23 molecules/mol) × (24 atoms/molecule) = 1.1 × 10^25 atoms
