Help, I'm trying to identify a chocolate that resembles the Hershey's nugget?

It's been probably more than 10 years since I've had one, it was a nugget sold in packs of 5, gold wrapped. It was filled with a chocolate/nut soft filling - loved them. For the longest time I can't recall what the name or brand was, I think Hershey's took their design since the Hershey nugget resembles very closely to the original. Anyone have ideas what item I'm referring to? Thanks for any help.

I want to say the chocolate also sold individually for .25 cents each as well as in box of 20, usually found at the counter top of the register. Again any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
