Do you accept your thoughts and what you see/hear as reality?
Im curious how many people don't instantly accept them as reality and for example say you see a bloody corpse with holes in it's skin and missing a arm walking around do you accept it as a real thing or do you suspect it's not real and just ignore it

Everyone has their own reality, because we all have different perceptions. I evaluate the realism of the things that I hear and see by determining if they resemble the observations I have made in the past. I also take into consideration my mental state when evaluating my sensory inputs.
All perceive things in their own way, so there is, in fact, no objective reality. It is a strange thing to accept.

I know my own mind and i instantly do know what is reality and i also know how it is done.

No, not always. I have quite bad ocd so i always have to be on my guard
